3) Services & Estimates

We provide roofing services and related communications, which may include inspections, estimates, appointments, repairs/replacements, and customer updates. Estimates are good-faith, non-binding pricing based on information available at the time and may change after full inspection or due to material/labor changes. Scheduling windows may shift due to weather, safety, or availability.

4) Orders, Payments, and Cancellations

Payment terms will be communicated in your estimate or work order. You agree to pay all amounts when due. We may cancel or reschedule work for safety, non-payment, or other reasonable causes.

5) User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, or submit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.

6) Intellectual Property

All Site content (text, graphics, logos, photos) is owned by Afer Roofing or its licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Site content without written permission.

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

8) SMS Terms & Conditions (A2P Compliance)

By opting in, you agree to the following Afer Roofing SMS program terms:

Program purpose. We send estimate/appointment confirmations, day-before reminders, technician on-the-way notices, service updates, and occasional promotions.

Opt-in method. You may opt in by checking an unchecked consent box on forms at aferroofingsupply.com or via consent language on our Facebook Lead Ads. A one-time welcome text confirms your opt-in.

Message frequency. Typically 2–6 msgs/month; frequency may vary.

Cost. Msg & data rates may apply.

Opt-out. Reply STOP to cancel. You will receive a final message confirming opt-out.

Help. Reply HELP for help or contact [email protected] / (941) 441-8376.

Consent not required. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Links. We use only aferroofingsupply.com links (no public link shorteners).

Language. Messages may be in English or Spanish; the keywords STOP and HELP must be sent in English.

Eligibility & delivery. U.S. carriers only; delivery is not guaranteed and may be delayed by carrier networks or coverage.

9) Disclaimer of Warranties

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Afer Roofing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data. 13) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal courts located in Florida, USA.
